I found your web site through WW. I don't post on the boards because I feel I don't fit in. I read your blog and I also feel its like looking in a mirror. Thanks for letting me vent. You have done a great job. Keep up the great work.

I found the link to your website on the message board at weight watchers. I recently decided I am unhappy with the weight I have gained, and decided to do something about it. Reading your blog is like looking in a mirror...I see the challenges I am facing now, and with work and determination, the goals I wil acheive.
